Useful details for a bug report
A reproducible report includes your browser and operating system, the tool you used, the chosen settings, and what you expected the download to contain. For image problems, note the format and pixel dimensions. Do not share a private source image unless you intend to disclose it.
A small test is often enough
Try the same steps with a simple image that contains no personal information. Note whether the problem occurs before the preview, during export or after opening the downloaded file. A printing issue should also include the selected paper size and scaling setting.
